This Full Moon in Aries illuminates your third house of communication and local connections, bringing a long standing project or a conversation with a sibling to a head. Because your ruler Saturn is retrograde in this same area, you are finally seeing where your daily routines have felt too restrictive. It is time to release an old way of thinking that no longer serves your growth.

With Mars in your sixth house of work making a supportive trine to the Moon, you have the physical energy to clear your plate and reorganize your schedule. However, Mercury is currently squaring Mars, so be careful not to let your frustration turn into sharp words with colleagues. Channel this restless energy into your professional reputation instead, as Venus in your tenth house suggests that your hard work is being noticed by those at the top. Focus on clarity over speed.
